Its design is reminiscent of classic watches from the fifties, but it is embellished with extraordinary design touches. Only natural, oiled hardwood and bamboo is used for all watch casings:

black sandalwood: This is a dark brown high density wood from Mozambique. Black streaks are often visible in the texture.
red sandalwood: Prized since antiquity, this is a dark crimson wood from Mozambique. Its fibres are so condensed that it will often not float, but sink in water.
white maple: The colour of this wood from the United States ranges from bright white to cream coloured. Curly or quilted grain patterns are often found.
zebra wood: With its cream colour and darker stripes this United States wood appears to have a zebra pattern. Intriguing to look at, it takes a while to love because genuine, fresh zebra wood has a strong characteristic smell that only fades after weeks of use.
bamboo: Technically a grass, young bamboo sprouts are the panda’s favourite food, while the mature plant from China’s inland plantations used for this watch is light, hard and durable with characteristic dark speckles.
