Customers can check out with a customer account or as a guest. However, it is recommended to create an account to track your order and see special offers and discounts.

Upon registration, you will have access to your account where you can view your orders and the address used in the account.

Shopping

When shopping you can see the product quantity, discounts and special offers.

Note that you can pay with PayPal or credit card.
The website currency is British pounds sterling.
Using multiple items and applying promo codes is possible, but if the items are not available, you'll receive an error message.

Review Your Order

Out-of-stock items will automatically be stored in your basket if something becomes out of stock and when you log in, it will be marked as “SOLD OUT” in your basket. Note: If you have a product that is out of stock it will not let you process your order. Please remove the item and continue to checkout.

Delivery information

To place your order, click on the small shopping cart at the top of the page and click "Checkout". If you want to review your order select “View cart”. At checkout, please ensure you have entered your email and the address at which you want your order delivered.

The next step is to click "Continue to shipping” where you can see the total for your order. To get a discount on your order, enter the following discount code “ALLABOARD” to get 15% off.

The last step is to pay for your order. Please click the “Continue to payment” button; after you have selected the button you will see your address, payment method, credit card or PayPal. When you are happy and checked all the information is correct click the “Pay now” button and select the “Save my information for a faster checkout" button.

Payment Information

We accept PayPal payments. If your parcel arrives damaged you will get a refund or exchange. Payment is required for all orders.

Order Confirmation

When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. In addition, you will see the total cost, payment status, payment method, billing information and shipping information. If your order is tracked you will receive a tracking number. Please note that some orders are not tracked.
