2. How quickly do you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. At busy times dispatch times may be longer. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Please contact us immediately. In addition, if the item does not get delivered on time a refund will be given.

3. Can I track my order?

Some items can be tracked and a tracking number will be provided.

In addition, if the item does not contain a tracking number you will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.

4. How do I know when my order is dispatched?

When you place an order you get an email confirmation.
