Two On-the-Go Tumblers

Enjoy as much smoothie as you can handle. Two large 500 mL tumblers included.

Berry Mint Bliss (approx 500 ml)

250ml coconut milk, chilled; 185g frozen mixed berries; 60g coconut or vanilla yoghurt; 3 mint leaves

Optional: 1 tablespoon agave, coconut or rice malt syrup

1. Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades.

2. Lock into motor base and blend for 45 seconds, or until smooth.

Breakfast Thick Shake (approx 560 ml)

310ml almond, rice or soy milk, chilled; 1 (110g) peeled frozen banana, chopped; 75g Greek yoghurt, reduced fat; 3 Medjool dates, pitted, halved; 2 tablespoons rolled oats; 1 tablespoon white chia seeds; 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup;

1. Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades.

2. Lock into motor base and blend for 60 seconds, or until smooth.

3. Serve over ice cubes.

Melon Madness (approx 500 ml)

310ml coconut water, chilled; 45g peeled, chopped rockmelon; 45g peeled, chopped honeydew melon; 55g frozen diced mango; ¼ (50g) avocado, peeled, stone removed; ¼ lime, peeled, seeds removed; 3 ice cubes

1. Place ingredients into tumbler and secure blades.

2. Lock into motor base and blend for 60 seconds, or until smooth.
