If you are looking for a something a little different - perhaps for a gift or a party, these are ideal. What are they? Essentially you receive a set of speakers that connect to any 3.5 mm (earphone output) sound source or Bluetooth for certain models. Take them out of the box, connect the left speaker to the right speaker. Connect to your sound source using the included 3.5 mm audio cable or Bluetooth. Turn on the music on your sound source and the LEDs in the speakers light-up and the liquid shoots up and down (dances) in sync to the beat of the music. It is a mesmerising effect and brings a new dimension to enjoying your tunes. They are meant to be fun, and while you can expect a good sound output for speakers of this size and crystal clear stereo sound, they are not Hi-Fi speakers. If you want to cut down on wires, they also offer 3rd and 4th generation Bluetooth versions that offer not only greater compatibility if your device doesn't have a 3.5 mm socket, it also provides greater flexibility for speaker positioning. Great for music on the move. The 4th generation speakers also enjoy a much deeper and fuller sound thanks to the sub-woofer.

Compatibility

All the speakers can connect to any sound source with a 3.5 mm earphone output using the included cable - no need to purchase any additional cables. Also included in the box is a USB cable that connects to one of the speakers - this provides power (except for the 4th generation model that includes a mains adapter). If you are using with a computer that has a USB port, you can plug this cable in for power. If you are using the speakers with a smartphone or tablet, you can use your phone or tablet charger to power the speakers instead. Please note the Bluetooth 3rd generation model needs to be charged first either via a USB socket or a phone/tablet charger. However once charged, the power source can be removed for true wireless enjoyment.
